Cancellation by the Traveler
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The date of receipt determines the applicable cancellation fee.
Standard Cancellation Fees

Special Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, injury, or death of the traveler or an immediate family member (with medical documentation), we will review cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by the Company
If we must cancel a trip, you will be offered:
- An alternative trip of comparable value, or
- A full refund of all payments made
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. This can cover you in case of unexpected cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Modifications
Changes to an existing booking (dates, destinations, number of travelers) are subject to availability and may incur a modification fee of [€50 / $50] per change, plus any difference in price.
